DETAILED CARE
Detailed care.
Everyday Cleaning
Wipe the surface gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
For a more thorough clean, use a mild, pH-neutral cleaner suitable for natural stone, then dry the surface with a clean cloth.
Spills & Moisture
Wipe spills promptly, especially liquids that may stain or contain acids.
Avoid allowing water, oils, coffee, wine, citrus or other liquids to sit on the surface for extended periods.
What to Avoid
Avoid:
- harsh chemical cleaners
- abrasive sponges or scrubbing pads
- acidic cleaners
- bleach
- prolonged exposure to moisture
- excessive heat
Do not place extremely hot objects directly on the surface unless the individual product instructions state otherwise.
MATERIAL CHARACTER
Natural Variation
Stone is a natural material, so variations in veining, color, texture and mineral pattern are expected.
These differences are not imperfections — they are part of the natural character of each piece.
A SIMPLE RITUAL
A soft cloth, gentle cleaning and a little attention are usually all your stone tray needs.
For product-specific care instructions, always refer to the individual product page.
